COVID Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The Rental Assistance Program provides assistance with rent and utilities for those at or below 80% of the Area Median Income or who meet other eligibility criteria related to COVID-19. Assistance is available for late payments back to April 1, 2020 and in certain circumstances, can provide up to 3 months of assistance in advance. This program ends September 30, 2022. Income Limits for eligibility are as follows:

We are a private organization, founded in 1965, administering many federal, state and locally funded programs. These programs target areas such as housing, utility assistance, education, health, nutrition, youth employment programs, and transportation. It is our goal to alleviate the conditions of poverty in our county.
