Outreach Services

The Community Action Commission of Belmont County offers a variety of Outreach Services. If you have questions regarding our programs or another need you may have, please contact our Outreach Services Coordinator at 740-695-0293 ext. 254.

We are a private organization, founded in 1965, administering many federal, state and locally funded programs. These programs target areas such as housing, utility assistance, education, health, nutrition, youth employment programs, and transportation. It is our goal to alleviate the conditions of poverty in our county.
