The CAC welcomes the assistance of volunteers from the community. If you are interested in learning about volunteer opportunities, please call 740-695-0293, Extension 234.

We are a private organization, founded in 1965, administering many federal, state and locally funded programs. These programs target areas such as housing, utility assistance, education, health, nutrition, youth employment programs, and transportation. It is our goal to alleviate the conditions of poverty in our county.
